By registering for Immages AI (Ai Product Image Creator) or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any other operating rules posted on the site. We may update the terms from time to time, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Definitions
“Service” refers to the Immages AI experience, including uploads, AI generation, storage, and downloads. “Credits” refer to prepaid generation units that allow you to submit jobs. “Content” refers to both user uploads and generated assets.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken through your account. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or suspicious activity.
4. Acceptable Use
The Service must not be used to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform’s infrastructure. We may refuse service or remove content that violates our policies.
5. Credit Consumption & Billing
Credits are consumed per generation request. Purchases are handled through our billing partner and follow their payment/renewal cycles. Refunds are only provided when required by law or at our sole discretion. You remain responsible for any charges to your payment method.
6. Content Ownership & License
Uploaded assets remain yours. Generated images are licensed to you under the terms provided in the platform and may be used commercially. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any uploaded material that may reference third parties.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, you lose access to stored sessions or credits.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
